As their success continues, they want to add to their talented and dynamic workforce with this exciting opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. Such responsibilities will include you leading the estimating side of the project from initial enquiry to final submission. Where you will preparing accurate estimates for projects by looking through specifications, drawings and other related documents to determine costs. As well as that you will be liaising with in-house and on-site staff to have a clear understanding of the requirements of the projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you also be involved in the tender submission process where you will look to successfully negotiate prices with clients.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with previous experience working on both Minor and Major projects in the Residential or Commercial sector and holds a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to their sites and when is needed.This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a growing main contractor where you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse range of clients, all whilst having ample opportunity to progress technically through training, and through the team as they grow.The Role:
