We are looking for an interim Head of Oracle System Administration to lead a team of six Oracle Administrators and oversee critical Oracle system operations. This leadership role involves working closely with internal teams and three key outsourcing partners.
The position will focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and Finance applications, supporting major projects such as rebranding, acquisitions, and system audits. While there is strong in-house Oracle expertise, we need someone who can quickly expand their knowledge if they are unfamiliar with certain modules.
Experience Needed:- Proven experience in Oracle system administration (preferably recent)
- Leadership experience, managing a team of Oracle specialists
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM and Finance applications (or ability to learn quickly)
- Experience working with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in service requests, incident management, and audits
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Contract Length: 6 months+ (Interim)Location: Hertfordshire - Hybrid (some travel to the office)Day Rate: £550-£650 (Inside IR35)
