The role:I'm looking for a Trusts Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to head up my client's Trusts team.

To act as an entrepreneur, strategically building a profitable and sustainable team (being accountable to the Partners for his / her part of the firm’s business). Specifically taking full responsibility for:

  • Creating a team of motivated and highly skilled individuals and providing them with efficient processes and IT support to ensure that exceptional client service is delivered consistently, efficiently, and profitably.
  • Enhancing the firm's public profile and image, tailoring services to meet client needs, executing a targeted business development plan, managing the sales pipeline, and cross-selling to the firm's clients.
  • Meeting agreed financial targets and other key performance indicators, adhering to regulations, and managing risks. All of this should be done in alignment with the firm's business plan, prioritizing the broader interests of the entire firm.
