Import/ Export Manager- £45k-£55k- Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

I am delighted to be partnering with an incredible BioTech company who is currently making massive strides in the patient care space. They are leading the industry in Oncology research, supporting patients all over the world.

We are looking for an import/ export customs expert with experience dealing directly with ECSL and Intrastat, problem solving from start to finish, with strong customs compliance knowledge.

In this role, you will be:

  • Acting as the key point of contact across logistics teams and external stakeholders such as FDA and ports
  • Ensuring critical customs documents are complete and filled accurately, ensuring local couriers and all stakeholders have the right information for seamless movement of goods
  • Manage compliance KPIs, identifying risks, and recommends policies for improving procedures

In order to be successful in this role:

  • MUST have 4+ years of import and export experience, familiar with EU and US logistics and the necessary documents
  • MUST have strong knowledge of customs procedures, with experience speaking to various customs agencies and brokers
  • IDEAL experience working with biopharma or pharmaceutical goods
