Multi Skilled Engineer (Refrigeration bias) - Facilities Management - Stevenage, England - £45,000 DOE
An Exciting opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Bristol.
Hours of work: 8am to 5pm - Mon To Fri
Location: Stevenage, England
Salary: £45,000
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of equipment and utilities to ensure appropriate and correct operation, to operate within specification while ensuring that records are maintained efficiently and reliably as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice.
- Accountable for ensuring that Regulatory activities are carried out, in compliance with companies Quality System and the Company IMS as defined in company Cross Site SOPs, Processes, local SOPs together with any adopted procedures.
- Take ownership of all refrigeration and associated systems, and ensure all Regulatory items associated with these are compliant including all F Gas requirements.
- Provide technical support for projects and assist with commissioning and hand over works for plant and user equipment.
- First line diagnostics and planning of the required remedial work.
- Recognise spares requirements, order spares, and make stock items as necessary.
- Be fully aware of Service Level Agreements between employer and client to ensure its requirements are met.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable evidence of multi-skilled technical qualifications including refrigeration / F-Gas training.
- A good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work to time constraints and prioritise tasks according to the needs of the business.
- Innovative and focused on continuous improvement.
- Operational experience of a multi-site environment, including understanding of related SLA / KPIs.
- This role requires a full UK driving licence.
