Job Details:

• Job Title: Locum Outpatient Pharmacist• Location: Hertfordshire - NHS Outpatient Pharmacy• Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)• Start Date: April 2025• Rate of Pay: £24 - £30 per hour (dependent on experience)• Contact: Alex Roberts – –

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our clients' team as a Locum Outpatient Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a hospital outpatient setting. In this role, you will:

• Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications to patients• Provide clinical advice on prescriptions and medication management• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist• Prior hospital experience is desirable but not essential• Community pharmacists are encouraged to apply• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
