Reward Partner

Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Reward professional looking for a senior role in a dynamic, international environment? We’re seeking a Reward Partner to join a small but high-impact team, supporting multiple countries across Europe.

The Role

Reporting to the Reward Manager, you will own and lead three key pillars of Reward:

?? Benchmarking Data - Managing market data, job evaluation, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

?? Salary Review - Leading annual pay review processes and ensuring competitive compensation structures.

?? Annual Bonus Cycles - Overseeing bonus design, eligibility, and payout processes in alignment with business goals.

In addition the role will support Mobility across Europe and provide the risk assessment for all mobilisation cases.

You’ll work closely with HR Managers and senior leaders across Europe, ensuring reward strategies align with market trends and business needs. The business primarily use Willis Towers Watson (WTW) methodologies but are open to experience with Mercer, Bradford/Aon, or similar frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

? Proven expertise in Reward, Compensation, and Benefits within a complex, multinational environment.

? Strong analytical skills with experience in benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structures.

? Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders and HR teams.

? Experience with global reward methodologies (WTW, Mercer, Aon, or similar).

? A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commercial approach to reward strategies.
