Working across a series of Distribution Network Operator (DNO) Electrical Framework Contracts, covering projects across the UK.What will you be doing?We're looking for someone to take charge of all SHEQ aspects, ensuring compliance with company, client, and legislative conditions.You'll build and retain a skilled team, develop and deliver the Contract SHEQ Plan, and drive continual improvement.You'll present performance data at meetings, propose improvements, and maintain competence processes.As you'd expect with this role you will lead incident investigations, support NERS delivery, and collaborate with Central SHEQ team. You will have direct report of 6-8 people and you will have a "spark" for the role.We are looking for an individual who is keen to make their mark and support the Divisional Director in improving our (already excellent) performance. You will be key in helping to develop the culture within the contract teams and define improvement plans.We are looking for an individual with a pro-active approach rather than just a compliance / audit / trending approach.You'll travel to sites as and when needed, including overnight stays, so you'll have to have a full UK drivers licence for this role.
