Title: Simulation & Modelling Group Lead
Location: Stevenage, 5 days on-site (this is due to security clearance and classification of workload and projects)
Salary: <£80,000p/a + bonus and genuinely, outstanding benefits
What we're looking for:
- A proven leader that encourages, analyses, and delivers WITH their team
- An understanding of simulation techniques, modelling, and the importance of applying these to the engineering lifecycle.
- MATLAB, Simulink is preferred but not essential
- Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, the best communication to other technical teams, and non-technical teams of all levels.
