Omega Resource is seeking a Simulation & Modelling Group Leader for a leading defence organisation in the UK.
The position is based in Stevenage and requires 5 days on-site due to security clearance and project classification.
The salary for this role is less than £80,000 per annum, along with a bonus and exceptional benefits.
Candidates should have experience in leadership, simulation techniques, and stakeholder management, with MATLAB and Simulink knowledge preferred but not essential.
A minimum of several years of relevant experience in a similar role is required for this position.

Salary: <£80,000p/a + bonus and genuinely, outstanding benefits

What we're looking for:

A proven leader that encourages, analyses, and delivers WITH their team
An understanding of simulation techniques, modelling, and the importance of applying these to the engineering lifecycle.
MATLAB, Simulink is preferred but not essential
Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, the best communication to other technical teams, and non-technical teams of all levels.
