Our client, a prominent organisation within the defence and security sector, is seeking a Supplier Due Diligence Analyst to join their team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in the Procurement and Supply Chain function, ensuring robust and effective controls while promoting positive communication across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Supplier On-Boarding process, providing assistance on adherence to Anti-Bribery Management policies.
  • Assess Ethics and financial outputs from third parties and attend relevant meetings.
  • Evaluate supplier questionnaires, request certifications, and ensure all documentation is received and validated.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships to promote a culture of integrity within the organisation.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of process updates and system upgrades.
  • Maintain supplier master data records and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in the management of third-party suppliers and ensure effective post-meeting updates.
  • Engage with various teams to facilitate quarterly meetings and perform due diligence checks.
  • Manage queries related to Donations & Sponsorship, Gifts & Hospitality, and Conflicts of Interest.
  • Stay updated on relevant Business Ethics & Compliance legislation and regulatory changes.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to build strong relationships across UK and group teams.
  • Proficiency in leading discussions and workshops related to Supplier Due Diligence.
  • Experience in a similar sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience with tools such as SAP, Ivalua, and third-party online data solutions is desirable.
  • Competence in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and online tools for internal procedures.
  • Willingness to stay informed on relevant legislation and legal cases.
