The successful candidate will:
- Be part of a skill mixed team providing SystmOne expertise
- Work in partnership with Clinical Services to design systems for accurate reporting to monitor performance targets , CQUIN's , KPI's.
- Be offered a wide range of training opportunities including vendor accredited training.
- Will have extensive experience in using electronic patient records predominantly SystmOne
The main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for undertaking a full review and assessment of systems configuration. To develop a plan and impacts analysis of required changes to ensure that reconfiguration is in alignment with organisational settings and support high standards of housekeeping.
- Responsible for the creation, improvement and management of processes and standard operating procedures for the management of SystmOne
- To provide team with high level of SystmOne expertise, offering support, and guidance to resolve any risks and issues.
- To provide system expertise in the delivery of complex and high priority system changes.
- To assess potential impacts of System changes and management of risks and issues. To escalate accordingly.
- To support Analysts with scoping of complex change requests and system developments, ensuring that changes and projects are delivered efficiently and within specified timescales.
- To provide support to Head of Clinical Systems and Clinical Systems Training and Development Manager to effectively plan and implement required changes to the system and new developments.
- Freedom to act and make recommendations to organisational policies to ensure that system meets local and national standards.
