Are you an organised and proactive professional with a talent for workforce planning? We’re looking for a Recruitment & Workforce Scheduler to help streamline staff scheduling, reduce agency spend, and ensure efficient workforce utilisation across multiple locations.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff schedules across multiple sites, ensuring shifts are covered with internal employees before engaging with external agencies.

  • Collect, review, and analyse weekly staffing schedules
  • Identify gaps and redeploy internal employees where possible
  • Maintain and update scheduling systems to ensure accurate data
  • Liaise with managers to understand workforce needs and minimise agency reliance
  • Build relationships with employees, ensuring they are aware of shift opportunities
  • Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to track vacancies and upcoming needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, working time regulations, and contractual obligations
  • Manage relationships with pre-approved agencies when external cover is required

  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, or scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working across multiple systems and databases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to influence managers to optimise internal resources
