Are you an organised and proactive professional with a talent for workforce planning? We’re looking for a Recruitment & Workforce Scheduler to help streamline staff scheduling, reduce agency spend, and ensure efficient workforce utilisation across multiple locations.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff schedules across multiple sites, ensuring shifts are covered with internal employees before engaging with external agencies.
- Collect, review, and analyse weekly staffing schedules
- Identify gaps and redeploy internal employees where possible
- Maintain and update scheduling systems to ensure accurate data
- Liaise with managers to understand workforce needs and minimise agency reliance
- Build relationships with employees, ensuring they are aware of shift opportunities
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to track vacancies and upcoming needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, working time regulations, and contractual obligations
- Manage relationships with pre-approved agencies when external cover is required
