Our client, a leader in secure transportation solutions within the mental health sector, is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join their team. As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Checking vehicles and equipment before journeys.
  • Leading the staffing team when transferring informal patients.
  • Safeguarding the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
  • Ensuring accurate communication with patients and staff.
