As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Checking vehicles and equipment before journeys.
  • Leading the staffing team when transferring informal patients.
  • Safeguarding the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
