As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe working environment.
- Checking vehicles and equipment before journeys.
- Leading the staffing team when transferring informal patients.
- Safeguarding the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
- Promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
- Ensuring accurate communication with patients and staff.

The ideal Health Care Assistant will have:
- A healthcare-related NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent at Level 3 National Care Certificate.
- Must be able to drive
- Experience in primary care and mental health settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
