This Senior Healthcare Assistant role offers an hourly rate of 12.81 - 12.91, with additional enhancements for weekends and bank holidays. Our client operates a specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire, providing tailored care for individuals aged 18 and over with various neurological conditions. The centre focuses on enhancing health and wellbeing, promoting independence, and supporting emotional and social needs through expert neurorehabilitation.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will:
  • Coordinate and delegate care tasks while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Promote and support the rights and choices of individuals, respecting their beliefs and preferences.
  • Adhere to national and local policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Complete mandatory training and inductions.
  • Encourage feedback and suggestions to enhance the care experience.
