As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will:

Coordinate and delegate care tasks while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Promote and support the rights and choices of individuals, respecting their beliefs and preferences.
Adhere to national and local policies, procedures, and legislation.
Complete mandatory training and inductions.
Encourage feedback and suggestions to enhance the care experience.
