Great opportunity for a Senior Director Human Resources to join this growing commercial organisation, where you will lead the UK HR team and contribute to the overall strategy.

  • Contribute as senior management to the UK management structure, providing leadership and input to guide strategy development.
  • Lead the HR Department including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, HRIS and financial planning
  • Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development
  • Champion a performance culture
  • Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Lead the analysis and translate key data
  • Control the HR budget
  • Lead on special projects
  • Champion Change initiatives

You will need the following experience:-

  • Grad MCIPD Qualified
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant role within a fast paced organisation.
  • Held previous positions of seniority and able to establish credibility
  • Proven experience in motivating, developing, managing and empowering team members
  • Solid Employment Law knowledge
  • Commercially savvy
  • Excellent operational and strategic skills
