Are you a skilled project manager who has experience of leading, owning, and overseeing complex HR strategic change projects within a European / International business?

Resourcing4HR are delighted to be supporting this blue chip, international business, who operate their EMEA HQ within the West Herts area. As a result of growth, they are now looking to appoint a HR Project Manager who will sit within the change and transformation team, and take ownership for building a HR Project Governance Framework, creating a HR Projects Forum, HR Project Delivery and HR Project Support.

Key skills required

• Experience of managing multiple milestone projects in a pressured environment

• In depth knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques

• Ideally experience of delivering projects or PMO responsibilities in an HR environment

• Experience of developing structured ways of working and processes

• Strong relationship management experience, evidence of building, establishing, and maintaining all stakeholder relationships

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Excellent questioning skills to establish project status, risks, and issues and impacts

• Excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
