The successful candidate will provide guidance across various HR initiatives, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all employees throughout their journey with the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, providing advice and support on a range of employee issues.
  • Work closely with line managers to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to effectively manage their teams in areas such as performance, absence, and employee development.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including processing essential information for payroll and conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support with offboarding processes and gather feedback through exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on key HR initiatives, such as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong experience in HR and Employee Relations.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to empower and support managers.
  • Detail-oriented, with experience in managing HR systems and conducting audits.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working within HR and across departments.
