Our client, a not for profit organisation, based in North Hertfordshire is actively looking for an HR / ER Advisor, to support a variety of ER issues and projects including restructures. The role covers the clinical and retail / logistics arms of the business.
Alongside BAU there is a backlog of cases that have built up due to sickness absence and as a result some cases are needing some immediate attention. Alongside the day to day ER case handling of absence, grievances, disciplinary hearings and more, this role will support organisational restructuring, involving collective and individual consultations and potential redundancies.
The successful candidate will be immediately available and have the following skills:
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- A minimum of 5 years experience delivering ER casework
- Experienced in restructures and redundancy programmes
- Able to manage consultations- individual and collective
- Experience of TUPE - ideal but not essential
- Self driven and able to operate independently
- Highly engaging
- Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
