As a Junior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, line managers, and key stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance on everything from talent strategy and capability management to flexible working and organisational change. You’ll also take the lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions that align with our client's values and policies.
