Account Director - SaaS / Software House
A leading provider of cutting-edge SaaS and Hardware technology is looking for an experienced Account Director to take charge of key client relationships. This role is all about working closely with major customers, ensuring they get the best from their technology solutions while identifying opportunities for growth.
The Role:
The Account Director will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor. They will work closely with sales, support, and delivery teams to ensure customers receive top-tier service and stay engaged with new product developments.
Key responsibilities include:
?? Strengthening relationships with existing clients and understanding their business needs.?? Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling additional solutions.?? Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.?? Keeping clients informed about new features, updates, and industry trends.?? Creating a sense of community among customers, fostering collaboration and shared insights.
The Ideal Candidate:
?? Has at least 5 years of experience in account management, ideally within IT / SaaS technology?? Is a confident communicator who can engage at a senior level.?? Understands complex software solutions and can translate technical concepts into business value.?? Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts with ease.?? Works well with internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
