EW Systems Engineer

Our client are growing our Electronic Warfare capabilities, which has created a number of exciting opportunities. The EW Group supports activities on relevant WS and Missile programmes, with specific responsibilities for weapon system design and verification, system and equipment integration, threat analysis, and modelling & simulation associated with EW capability and performance.
The EW group is ideally looking for the following qualities / experience:
- A strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets, and processes.
- Ideally, experience of Weapon System systems design and validation. However, experience of a complex system's product development is essential.
- Experience working across the full engineering development lifecycle.
- Experience of carrying out systems integration.
- An understanding of Electromagnetic Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Support / Surveillance systems.
- A strong record of delivery.
- Experience in capability assessments and road-mapping.
- Track record of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements management toolsets (e.g. DOORS).
