About the Role:

Join our Systems Design team and develop cutting-edge Complex Weapons capabilities for the UK Armed Forces and allies. Flexible hybrid working available, typically 3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product requirement specifications from customer technical requirements.
  • Utilise system design and modelling techniques to study system behavior.
  • Plan and manage verification and validation of missile systems.
  • Apply systems engineering practices across the 'V-model.'
  • Manage engineering work packages and coordinate with other teams and SMEs.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, including customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with Defence, Military, or aerospace standards and design assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Rhapsody) and languages (SysML).
  • Experience in the defence, aerospace industry, government, or armed forces is beneficial.
  • Strong desire to develop and grow systems engineering skills.
