Certain Advantage is working in partnership with a large aerospace company that is currently seeking an experienced Responsible Quality Assurance Engineer. You will lead and ensure quality excellence of processes and products.

What you will be doing:* Define and perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities, by ensuring correct implementation of procedures and processes, to ensure product quality meets the stated requirements.* Lead prevention and quality improvements of Spacecraft Production processes.* Operationally lead the project quality team (Inspectors, Operational QAs), giving priorities on workload and escalating issues.* Manage completion of corrective and preventative actions to closure.* Drive the efficient management of non-conformance and Cost of Non-quality reduction.* Proactively promote and conduct risk analyses (incl. PFMEA) and participate in the implementation and follow-up of actions.* Elaborate audit plan and perform flash and process audits.* Ensure that lessons learned & near-miss actions are implemented.
