What You'll Do
Data & Insights (Primary focus - ~67%)
- Analyse large datasets from employee experience surveys to uncover key patterns and insights.
- Develop clear, data-driven narratives and visual reports for senior stakeholders.
- Present findings to executive teams and advise on strategic actions.
- Support clients in developing engagement strategies informed by benchmark data and best practice models.
- Design meaningful survey questions aligned with organisational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to help leaders act on data insights.
- Create content such as thought leadership pieces and insight reports.
- Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and roundtables.
Client Collaboration (Secondary focus - ~33%)
- Support new client onboarding and ensure successful data implementation.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key contacts to ensure insight adoption.
- Coordinate project timelines and survey cycles to deliver actionable results.
- Provide training and support to ensure effective use of the data platform.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years in a role involving data analysis, insights, or organisational consulting.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills - you can make numbers speak.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or clients in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of organisational development, employee engagement, or change management is a plus.
