This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a knack for turning complex data into impactful insights, and an interest in organisational psychology, employee engagement, or workplace culture. You'll work with high-profile clients across sectors, translating survey results into actionable strategies that drive real outcomes for people and businesses.

What You'll Do

Data & Insights (Primary focus - ~67%)

  • Analyse large datasets from employee experience surveys to uncover key patterns and insights.
  • Develop clear, data-driven narratives and visual reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Present findings to executive teams and advise on strategic actions.
  • Support clients in developing engagement strategies informed by benchmark data and best practice models.
  • Design meaningful survey questions aligned with organisational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to help leaders act on data insights.
  • Create content such as thought leadership pieces and insight reports.
  • Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and roundtables.

Client Collaboration (Secondary focus - ~33%)

  • Support new client onboarding and ensure successful data implementation.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key contacts to ensure insight adoption.
  • Coordinate project timelines and survey cycles to deliver actionable results.
  • Provide training and support to ensure effective use of the data platform.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years in a role involving data analysis, insights, or organisational consulting.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills - you can make numbers speak.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or clients in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of organisational development, employee engagement, or change management is a plus.
