They are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to administer, support, and manage iTrent, Business Objects and the underlying components that allow the HCM platform to operate.You will:

  • Deliver the support, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of the HR & Payroll systems.
  • Provide expert input for strategic business change programmes.
  • Assist in the delivery, configuration and support of the core HR HCM Systems.
  • Manage the operational life cycle of the platform, including upgrades and patches to ensure the platform continues to function as expected.
  • Contribute to a highly motivated, customer-engaged team focused on delivering effective business solutions.
  • Drive delivery of IT projects in accordance with specifications, costs and timescales agreed with customers.
  • Support the business through proactive handling of all related incidents and problems according to the IT Service Management Policy.
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with the UK IT Risk Management process and procedures and undertake IT Risk training and awareness as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
  • Essential - experience of managing MHR iTrent Platform.
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Experience of implementing and supporting HR & Payroll systems.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • ITIL service management experience.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach.
