Venn Group Information Systems Architect SC Clearance 12-month Contract Hybrid (80% WFH) - multiple locations available Up to £66 p/h (Inside IR35, Umbrella)
Our market-leading defence client require an Information Systems Solutions Architect to join the team on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support an international programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide systems engineering lifecycle subject matter expertise and advice on all stages
- Support a variety of internal and external stakeholders within the scope of the programmes
- Perform Business Analysis and Solution Design to define the digital transformation/adoption goals and develop solution roadmaps
- Agree solution concepts with IM & Security teams to ensure full compliance with all appropriate regulatory bodies.
- Lead Business Case creation
Skills Required:
- Experience designing technical solutions to meet business needs with security constraints
- Experience documenting designs clearly from an architectural perspective
- Proven BA and PM skills
- Extensive Technical IT knowledge e.g. developing concepts, scoping enterprise systems and services in a defence environment
- SC Cleared
Desirable:
- Worked on the lifecycle of information systems including acquisition and development of new technology
- Application integration approached e.g. use of OLSC
- Awareness of industry infrastructure and operating standards e.g. Active Directors, Virtual Machines
