Telecoms Engineer - Telecoms - Stevenage - £34000 - £40000 plus company car allowance

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a telecoms Engineer for a telecoms business based in Stevenage. As a telecoms engineer you will be responsible for providing remote support coupled with on site installations and training to our customers based across the UK.

You will be a point of contact for incidents and requests ensuring tickets are dealt with within the SLA guidelines. Other duties will include resolving queries or faults and providing support for UC, PBX, Broadband connectivity & leased lines.

On-site installations will include VOIP phone systems, Broadband connection and provide any training and development as required.

The salary on offer is between £34000 and £40000 per annum plus car allowance and overtime.
