They are now seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their busy team based in Hertfordshire.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist claims managers in handling claims, with a view to developing your skills and progressing into a Claims Manager position.

Additionally, you will provide administrative support to theinsurance department as needed and assist in the management of motor and employer liability (EL) claims.

Experience in an office or administrative role is essential, with strong data entry skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with insured claims across the network
  • Enter settlement details onto banking system for payment
  • Premium & claim reporting to Baxendales for all network companies on a monthly basis
  • Supplying all requested information to Baxendales auditors during the annual audit process
