Do you have experience working within financial services and are you looking to take a step into underwriting? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and professional organisation who are keen to continuously develop their teams, offering a supportive and dynamic work culture.We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a varied role, incorporating administrative and customer services experience within a financial services environment, along with strong attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills. You will be a focused and proactive individual, with excellent customer service and IT skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.Duties include:
  • Handling a range of documents, including financial information, chasing customers to obtain additional details
  • Dealing with a range of queries from customers and third parties via email and phone
  • Reviewing and assessing paperwork received
  • Updating systems and handling cases from initial application through to completion
  • Working to FCA regulations, including security checks
  • Liaising internally with a variety of teams, working alongside and supporting Underwriters
