Role Overview – Integration & System Validation Engineer

Our leading manufacturing client located in the Stevenage area are searching for a dedicated Integration & System Validation Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of activities within the testing and integration of systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities – Integration & Systems Validation Engineer

Collaborate with systems engineering and design teams to plan and integrate system and subsystem trials.
Investigate and resolve design issues, ensuring sufficient trial data acquisition.
Prepare and present trial readiness reviews (internal and external).
Conduct post-trial data analysis, reporting, and documentation generation.
Perform laboratory-based functional integration, ground trials, and generate electrical/software tests.
Support environmental testing programs and diagnose issues using Special To Type Test Equipment (SSTE) and COTS Test Equipment.
Assist in lab management, hardware/software configuration control, and equipment maintenance.

Key Experience & Qualifications – Integration & Systems Validation Engineer

System Integration and Design Proving.
System and subsystem Integration, including BIT Test and Pass Out Test.
Design Verification and system assessment.
Electronic design/testing.
Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 is desirable.
