Reed legal are recruiting for an Employment Law Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with extensive experience of acting for employers on a varied range of matters. The Employment Solicitor will be required to develop a mixed caseload of transactional, non-contentious and contentious employment work.

Position Details:

Location: Hertfordshire – commutable from Waltham Abbey, Potters Bar, London Colney, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Stevenage, Royston, Biggleswade, Luton

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid

Salary: Competitive and dependant on experience

Experience: 5+ years post-qualification experience

The Role: The Employment Law Solicitor will handle a mixed caseload of employment work, providing advice and client care. Responsibilities include HR advice, drafting contracts, advising on terminations, redundancies and restructuring, advising on TUPE matters and representing clients in tribunals.
