Head of Quality

This role will take full ownership of site quality. The client has excellent resource in the team, and we are looking for a strong leader to take strategically use resources available to drive excellent quality culture.

Client Details

Our client is a GMP Pharma business in Hertfordshire. They are well established and have operated in the market since the early 2000's. The business is experiencing strong growth and are receiving consistent investment for the future.

Description

- Management of the QMS in line with UK and EU Regulations.

- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies such as MHRA.

- Coaching, developement, and management of QA and QC teams.

- Act as subject matter expert for all Quality matters and GMP related issues.

- Lead projects on compliance, cost effectiveness, operational excellence, and process improvement

- Provide insight and guidance to SLT

Profile

- Must have experience in a senior Quality leadership role within a GMP enviroment, leading QA and QC teams.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
