Commercial Property Paralegal OpportunityWe are looking a commercial property paralegal to join a top legal 500 law in their commercial property department in Hertfordshire. You will be working with in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career progression and a clear progression path.Job title: Commercial Property Paralegal Salary:£24,000 -£28,000 (DOE, Negotiable) Job Type: Full-time (part-time considered)We are looking for someone with previous experience in commercial or residential paralegal property who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, attention toMain Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Managing file openings, including conducting relevant checks and inputting data into the case management system.
  • Obtaining required documents from relevant public and private bodies (e.g., Land Registry, Companies House).
  • Conducting and AML checks and ensuring all information is recorded on the case management system.
  • Coordinating with solicitors, lenders, agents, and other third parties to gather and organise documents.
  • Preparing completion statements and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Coordinating the signing of documents and managing post-exchange and post-completion tasks.
  • Processing payments, ensuring proper confirmation of account details prior to fund transfers.
  • Drafting and submitting relevant tax forms and applications to regulatory bodies.
  • Handling Land Registry applications.
