Conveyancing Paralegal required for Permanent Full-time or Part-time role based in Hertfordshire (exact location will be given to interested & suitable candidates) Conveyancing Paralegal Must have a fast and accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm (you can test your speed for free on www.typingtest.com) No audio typing involved. Part-time or full-time hours, can be flexible with start and finish times As Conveyancing Paralegal you will be working in a small and friendly team. Carrying out exchanges and everything post exchange. Must be hard working and adaptable and can work in a team.Residential conveyancing experience is essential. This will suit an experienced residential conveyancing Paralegal wanting more responsibility or a Law Graduate with Conveyancing experience. No audio involved. Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm, 1 hour for lunch - must be able to work at least 3 full days a week, start and finish times can be flexible Salary is around £28k pro rata if part-time p.a. for full-time hours. The client is happy to consider Law Graduates but you must have practical experience working in Residential Conveyancing team.
