The position requires previous experience in Lettings and Social Housing, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with a pay rate of up to £19 per hour via umbrella.
The role includes conducting viewings, sign-ups, and providing swift service to placement tenants.
This temporary position is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Rocasa Consulting are looking to recruit a Temporary Lettings Officer in Stevenage, letting New Build properties for Social Housing, Working Mon - Fri - 9-5pm paying up to 19ph via umbrella for 3 Months possibly longer.

You will need previous experience in Lettings and Social Housing

It will include viewings and sign ups

Providing swift service to placement tenants

Excellent Customer Service and IT Skills
