We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Stevenage. If you are enthusiastic and motivated, with a dedication to continuous improvement, this job will be ideal for you. You need to have great problem-solving skills, as well as being able to work within a wider team.

A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering (or equivalent experience) is required.

In this role, youll work across shifts (days and nights) to deliver continuous improvement, proactive maintenance, and timely repairs. You will have a variety of key accountabilities that will range from diagnosing and resolving automation, electrical and mechanical issues during breakdowns, focusing on KPIs such as OEE and CCOs and maintaining high standards of safe working.

Experience and Qualification Required

  • Experience in training and coaching others.
  • A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering (or equivalent experience).
