Project Administrator

I am working with a globally renowned Event Management, based in Stevenage, specialising in the Pharmaceutical Industry. They are seeking a dedicated and thorough Project Administrator to support the Project Management Team due to increased demand and ongoing growth.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide full administrative support, assisting with queries and requests from clients and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the allocation, creation, and distribution of event documentation.
  • Research and suggest ideas for event formats and venues, and source new projects and suitable event venues.
  • Handle supplier and client liaison and manage travel requirements including booking all travel.
  • Must be willing to travel to attend and support with events both in the UK and internationally.
  •  Oversee stock levels, and distribution of event equipment.
  • Assist the director and senior team members in the daily management of projects and company management activities, including budgets and expenses.
  • Perform reconciliation of event petty cash receipts, expense receipts, and credit card reconciliation for the projects you are involved with.
  • Manage and order facilities for the office as directed by the director and senior team members.
  • Undertake any other duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an Administrative or a multi faced PA  role with a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Immaculate attention to detail and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Must be adaptable to situations and personal that may change very quickly.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Experience in handling day-to-day finances and reporting, demonstrating a good head for numbers.
  • Skills in PA, HR, Office Management, and making travel bookings are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with technology and any previous experience in events, travel, or the pharma or healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive "make it happen" approach.
  • Progression is encouraged and available quickly for the right candidate with a can-do attitude.
  • Ideal role for someone who is keen to progress within their career as a PA , Events or Senior Administrator role who encompasses the above.
