Description
- Create fresh engaging content effective for email campaigns
- Co-ordinate support for tactical local emails, making recommendations and managing delivery timelines
- Deliver the email marketing test & learn programme in collaboration with the CRM team
- Support the data-driven strategies for acquisition and retention
- Manage CRM tools like Bloomreach or similar

A successful CRM Executive should have:
- Have strong email marketing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Copywriting and analytical skills
- Multi-site experience is a bonus
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
