I am currently working with a prominent facilities management company that is looking to expand its team with a skilled Building Services Engineer to work on a static site in Hertfordshire, to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a static site.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PPM and reactive repairs on HVAC and building services systems
Attend emergencies and handle callouts as required
Maintain tools and equipment in safe, serviceable condition

Requirements:

City & Guilds Electrical Installation/Maintenance
18th Edition
Mechanical/electrical expertise in building services
