KM4HR are seeking to recruit a highly organised and detail orientated Assistant Office Manager for their client based in the Stevenage area.

If you have experience of working in a busy, customer facing, administrative role we would like to speak with you.

Working for an impressive employer you will be involved in all areas of operational responsibility. This can include some face to face visitor contact but will predominantly involve supporting the management team in the following areas;

  • Events (management & coordination)
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Handling enquires relating to accounts & membership
  • Handling customer bookings
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with daily administration and very light PA duties
  • Some office management responsibility
  • Supporting the customer facing teams in their roles

Previous experience working in a varied administrative/office management role is essential as well as;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Previous experience gained in a hospitality or member led environment preferable
