This varied role would suit someone who enjoys balancing general office administration tasks whilst supporting other teams in the business and being part of a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support with general administration, including invoice processing, payments, and supplier record-keeping

Liaise with external providers such as insurers, utilities, and suppliers to manage ongoing servicesÂ

Assist with reporting on supplier performance

Help coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining petty cash/credit card processes / expenses

Cover reception as required

Carry out general administrative support across the business as needed
About You:

Strong administrative background
- Strong Microsoft Excel user

Confident managing a varied workload and switching between tasks as needed

A positive team player who’s also comfortable working independently

Excellent communication skills

Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do approach to supporting different areas of the business
