Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle System Specialist, you will:
- Oversee and process large-scale payroll operations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Utilise your advanced knowledge of Oracle payroll software to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the system, providing technical support to end users.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Train payroll staff and other stakeholders on Oracle functionalities, ensuring they are confident and proficient in using the system.
- Support system testing for updates, patches, or new implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Ensure payroll compliance with legislative and organizational policies while generating detailed reports and analytics for management.
Experienced Required:
- Proven experience in managing high-volume payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
- Oracle Proficiency - Advanced technical skills with Oracle payroll systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and report generation.
- Analytical Skills - Strong ability to analyse payroll data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in system upgrades, testing, and data migration within Oracle environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in training and supporting end users.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and system management.
