Our client, a rapidly expanding construction company with a bold vision to become the most trusted name in the UK, is looking for a passionate, driven, and personable Payroll & Invoicing Administrator.


THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE BASED IN STEVENAGE, HERTFORDSHIRE. TO APPLY YOU MUST BE BASED WITHIN A 30-MINUTE DAILY COMMUTE OF THE STEVENAGE OFFICE.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

  • Manage payroll reporting, checking, and processing.
  • Sign off agency worker timesheets and self-employed workers through StoneBridge.
  • Process payroll weekly.

Invoicing:

  • Upload invoices to the system.
  • Administer and rename files to relevant projects and suppliers.
  • Upload invoices to Xero, line by line, and process payments.

Expenses:

  • Approve expenses using the Breathe HR system weekly.
  • Perform reconciliations and process payments after approval.

Accreditation: MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Update Health & Safety accreditations annually.
  • Liaise with on-site H&S managers and manage documentation.
  • Upload information and data, complete questionnaires, and upload evidence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll and administrative tasks.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to ensure accurate audits by governing bodies.
  • Driven, hardworking, and dedicated to work.

Salary £25-30,000

Holiday 28 days inc Bank holiday

Private medical healthcare

Based in Stevenage daily.
