What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting hospital pharmacy services. In this role, you will:

? Support the safe and effective use of medicines across hospital wards? Conduct medicines reconciliation and provide patient counselling? Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management? Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NHS guidelines? Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service improvement

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician? Previous hospital or medicines management experience preferred? Strong communication and teamwork skills? The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
