As a Design Director for our client, you will oversee all aspects of design, from concept through execution, ensuring

that every product and experience reflects the brand's vision and meets high standards of creativity, usability, and

quality. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and work closely with marketing teams to create cohesive

and impactful design solutions. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to inspire teams, advocate for

design excellence, and align creative efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the creative vision and lead design strategy across all product lines, ensuring brand consistency and high standards in every projects.
  • Oversee a team of designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that design objectives align with broader business goals, influencing product and brand direction.
  • Develop and refine design processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality of output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and that each project meets both creative and functional requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for all design outputs, reviewing and providing constructive feedback to the design team.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product or service design, visual design, and design strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring design teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and current design trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate design decisions effectively.
