Description
The Interim Compliance Officer will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and monitoring compliance within the organisation
- Implementing and managing the compliance programme
- Advising management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations
- Assessing company operations to determine compliance risk
- Managing all AML matters
- Advising on all Anti-bribery & corruption (ABC)
- Ensuring all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
- Responding to compliance issues as they arise
- Preparing and presenting reports to management
Profile
A successful Interim Compliance Officer should have:
- A thorough understanding of regulatory compliance with expert knowledge of AML & Anti-bribery & corruption (ABC)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
