Our client based in Sunbury is looking for a dedicated Planning Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating the daily jobs for our service engineers across the UK and Ireland, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve our monthly KPIs.
  • To schedule the work of our service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns, and planned maintenance.
  • To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
  • To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA's, communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a similar planning or coordinating role, ideally within a service or maintenance environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and communication tools to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
